For this project, I did end up going along the lines of Roy Lichtenstein with the comic-y dot coloring. I feel like this could turn out a lot better if I take another go at it, mostly because I wasn't really sure how to do the dotting. The colors are a tad off in this picture, but I do really like it in real life. A lot of what I learned doing this was that sometimes your plans don't always work out and you need to be able to adapt to the situation. I really love the argyle-style background, but if I ever do it again, it will definitely be on a smaller scale.Wednesday, January 11, 2012
