For the watercolor project, I decided to put my own spin on it. Originally I was going to do a landscape, but I just could not seem to get it the way I wanted it. Instead I did some watercolor blending and decided to do something with it afterwards. Since it was the day before Winter Break started, I was in the wintery mood, and decided to cut snowflakes out of the watercolored paper. The glitter on the snowflakes started as an accident, but I definitely think some of them turned out really well. I wish my cursive was better, though, because I feel like it would have made the entire project look better if I had better handwriting. All in all, I think it's a good message to send, and that the watercolored snowflakes fit really well.Wednesday, January 11, 2012
